In this guide we’ll show how to change default filtering profile on remote computer with SafeDNS Agent installed.

You can use this feature to change filtering profiles on SafeDNS Agents installed in unattended mode or on computers where end users don’t have access to settings of SafeDNS service.

In this instruction two different profiles were used. A “Default” profile was used by SafeDNS Agent by default.

To change a filtering profile you need to log in to SafeDNS dashboard and go to Settings - Agents.

On Agents page you will see list of computers with SafeDNS Agent that are connected to SafeDNS under your credentials.

To identify computer we show name of computer, internal IP of computer and version of Windows and SafeDNS Agent on it.

Click Change button next to a desired computer and select the profile you want to set.

After that click Save button. You can see that profile has been changed.

Let’s check the filtering profile in the Agent on this computer. As you can see, the profile has been changed.
